This test codes demonstrate the Vendor Requests on 'F32x.

USB_VENDOR plus

USB_VENDOR_LIGHT: supports Vendor Requests IN and Vendor Requests OUT without optional data stage.
USB_VENDOR: supports both Vendor Requests IN and OUT

USB_VENDOR_LIGHT and USB_VENDOR are joined to "USB_VENDOR plus" to reduce file size.

This test codes are based on USB_BULK_Cypress and USB_INT_Cypress. Please refer "USB_INT and USB_BULK on Cypress device driver"
