here i was not able to reply on the same previous message with same topic thats why am writing as a new message. I have followd your suggestions and have next Q as below. 1)with OC51 it has generated mycode.b01, mycode.02. mycode.b03 files for B1,2,3, but i didnt find mycode.b00. what coud be the reason.

please continue this link. as i found some virus kind of thing. when i click on post reply it is asking me to download some exe file not at all opening the next page. further to your suggestions, 1) as you told common code will be with the banked file generated by oc51. i have followed the commands from command prompt as follows. well code space is upgraded successfully by having intital results. please confirm the same the way i have done as below. oc51.exe mycode oh51.exe mycode.b02 oh51.exe mycode.b03 i hope it has updated all common area,bank 1, bank 2 , bank 3 code space.

In your procedure, "common area" is overwritten every time. Just for 'completeness', I separated them.
Apply 'DownloadUSB' option instead of 'Download' option. It is described in the readme.txt of FlashUtilCL.exe, in this folder. C:\SiLabs\MCU\Utilities\FLASH Programming\Static Programmers\Command-Line\ Tsuneo IP: Logged |

Your antivirus software is flagging the link because you named the thread with the ending of FlashUtilCL.exe The title of the thread is used as the ending of the URL when you click post reply... So your antivirus software thinks you clicked on a link to an executable (when in reality you clicked on a thread with a title that ends in exe). Hope that helps... IP: Logged |
