Spyware?

"Ad-Aware SE Personal" (free)
http://www.lavasoft.de/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php

"SpywareBlaster" (free)
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

"i hope it has updated all common area, bank 1, bank 2 , bank 3 code space."

In your procedure, "common area" is overwritten every time.
Usually, it doesn't matter so much. It takes just a little longer to program the part.

Just for 'completeness', I separated them.

"i have not find any option regarding selection of USB."

Apply 'DownloadUSB' option instead of 'Download' option.

It is described in the readme.txt of FlashUtilCL.exe, in this folder.

C:\SiLabs\MCU\Utilities\FLASH Programming\Static Programmers\Command-Line\

Your antivirus software is flagging the link because you named the thread with the ending of FlashUtilCL.exe
The title of the thread is used as the ending of the URL when you click post reply... So your antivirus software thinks you clicked on a link to an executable (when in reality you clicked on a thread with a title that ends in exe). Hope that helps...
